Notable Success in Toxic Mold Cases

Miller Law, Inc.'s trial lawyers have prosecuted toxic mold cases on behalf of numerous individuals who have been injured or damaged by toxic mold. A noted example was the November 2001 jury verdict of $2.7 million for a family of three living in a mold contaminated apartment -- the largest verdict in U.S. history in a case involving personal injuries from toxic mold.
